A Plus Urgent Care accepts most forms of insurance including Medicare, PPO's, Triwest, IEHP and some HMO's (if your primary care provider allows).

We also accept credit cards, personal checks and cash.

If you have an HMO, contact the primary care provider located on the back of your card to seek approval prior to coming.

Our front office staff and billing manager will work to maximize the likelihood of your insurance paying for your office visit. However, payment is not guaranteed and the patient is ultimately responsible for checking with their insurace for coverage and for paying all bills not covered by their insurance.
